Qeepei, as a leader in automotive fasteners in China, has a complete set of production processes of its own.
First, based on automotive design drawings, customer requirements and industry standards, the designer models the fixture and creates a prototype through CAD (Computer Aided Design) software. The prototypes are tested to ensure that functionality and performance meet the requirements. This usually involves a variety of aspects such as material selection, dimensions, durability, load carrying capacity, etc.
Material selection: automotive fixtures usually use plastic, metal (such as steel, aluminum alloy) or composite materials. Material selection should consider the strength of the fixture, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and processability.
Plastic fixtures: usually use high-strength engineering plastics (currently used is PA / POM), these materials have good impact resistance, high temperature resistance and light weight.
Metal fixtures: For fixtures requiring greater strength and durability, stainless steel or other metal materials may be used, especially in high-pressure or high-temperature environments.
The production processes for automotive fixtures usually include the following:
Injection molding (for plastic fixtures):
Mold manufacturing: Manufacture the injection molds according to the design drawings. Mold manufacturing requires high precision to ensure the dimensional accuracy and consistency of the fixture.
Injection molding process: the raw materials (such as plastic granules) are heated and melted, then injected into the mold through the injection molding machine, and then cooled and cured to get the finished product of the fixture.
Post-processing: Deburring, grinding and surface treatment of the injection molded fixtures to ensure appearance and accuracy.
Stamping and molding (for metal fixtures):
Tooling Design and Manufacturing: Design and manufacture of stamping tooling, usually using cold or hot stamping processes.
Stamping Process: Metal sheets are cut, bent and shaped by stamping presses according to the design requirements, eventually forming the basic form of the fixture.
Post-treatment: Metal fixtures may require surface treatment such as painting, galvanizing, coating, etc. to prevent corrosion.
Injection molding or extrusion (for plastic parts of metal fixtures or composite fixtures): some fixtures require a combination of metal and plastic parts, and these fixtures may be produced using injection molding or extrusion molding techniques.

Qeepei will use precision instruments to test the dimensions of the fixtures for each production of automotive clamps to ensure that they meet the design requirements.
Function test: including high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, strength test, etc., to ensure that the fixture can work stably in actual use.
Batch sampling: In order to ensure the stability of product quality, the fixtures in the production process will be randomly sampled for strength, durability and appearance testing.
Assembly: If the fixture consists of multiple parts, such as springs, clips, etc., it needs to be assembled. This part may be assembled manually or by automated production line.
Packaging: Qualified fixtures will be cleaned before packaging to ensure that there is no oil, dust and other substances that affect the quality. After that, it will be packaged and labeled with logo, production date and other information, ready for shipment.
Distribution: Ship the products to the designated place according to the customer's requirements, usually the automobile manufacturer or the parts supplier.
After-sales service: The manufacturer will provide technical support to solve any problems that may arise during use and track quality issues.
